Bellevue Man Reports False Stabbing, Twice Posted 30 June 2008 Patrick Bailey, 23 of Bellevue, reportedly made two false reports of stabbing incidents in Dubuque and Kieler, Wis. late Friday night and early Saturday morning, June 28. The Grant County Sheriff's Department says law enforcement officials responded to what turned out to be fake stabbing incidents at two different locations, a bar in Kieler and a sports bar in Dubuque. Authorities expect Bailey to face multiple charges for the acts. The Jackson County Sheriff's Department in Iowa is leading the investigation, with agencies from southwest Wisconsin and northwest Illinois also involved.
