Man Identified in Delhi Shooting Posted 27 June 2008 Delhi Police have released the name of the individual responsible for a shots fired during a stand-off situation in a residential neighborhood Wednesday night, June 25.   James Gregorich was arrested and taken into custody Wednesday night on charges of felony terrorism, reckless use of a firearm, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.   Law enforcement officers responded to the Delhi residence in response to a report of shots being fired. When they arrived at the home, Gregorich fired a large caliber handgun twice and then barricaded himself inside the house for more than two hours.   Authorities say several buildings and a fire truck were hit by the gunfire, but no injuries were reported.
