Charges
Pending in Armed Stand-off in Delhi

Shots were fired last night, Wednesday, June 25, during a stand-off
situation in Delhi.
According to Delhi Police, law enforcement officers responded to a
complaint of a large caliber handgun being fired around 8:30 p.m. at
504 5th Street in Delhi.
When officers arrived, a man fired the handgun at them several times
before barricading himself inside his house for over two hours.
No one was injured in the incident, but bullets did hit buildings and a
fire truck dispatched to the scene.
The identity of the man hasn't been released, but authorities say
he is being charged with Felony terrorism, Reckless use of a
firearm, Disorderly conduct, and Interference with official acts.
Five area law enforcement agencies assisted in his arrest.
The investigation is continuing today and other charges are pending.
