One Dead Following Car Crash Near Menards Posted 25 June 2008 A passenger involved in a car crash yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, June 24, died in the incident. The accident occurred just after 3 p.m. Tuesday near Menards on Highway 20 in Dubuque.    Law enforcement officials say a vehicle driving east on Highway 20 collided with another vehicle exiting the Menards parking lot.    The passenger in the vehicle that was hit died as a result.  The drivers of the two vehicles were injured.  Names are being withheld until families can be notified.    Eastbound traffic on Highway 20 was suspended due to the accident for several hours.
