Irving Elementary to be Remodeled

Last night, Monday, June 23, members of the Dubuque Community School Board voted in favor to continue plans for the remodeling project at Irving Elementary. Phases 2 and 3 of the original plan were approved. Design plans for the school's renovation project are slated to appear before the board in October.
