Flood Warning remains for Mississippi Posted 20 June 2008 The National Weather Service's Flood Warning remains in effect until Sunday, June 22, for the Mississippi River at Dubuque.   At 4:30 a.m. this morning, Friday, June 20, the river stage was 17.8 feet and falling. Minor flooding continues to occur. Flood stage is 17 feet.   The forecast is for the river stage to hold at 17.8 feet today and fall below flood stage by Sunday evening.
