Flood Warning for Mississippi River Posted 19 June 2008 The National Weather Service's Flood Warning remains in effect until Sunday evening, June 22, for the Mississippi River at Dubuque.   At 3:30 a.m. this morning, Thursday, June 19, the river stage was 18.1 feet and falling. Moderate flooding is occurring. Flood stage is 17 feet.   The forecast is for the river stage to fall below flood stage by Sunday evening.
