Roadwork to Begin Today Posted 19 June 2008 The City of Dubuque Public Works Department will begin milling and paving the surfaces on many streets today, Thursday, June 19. Areas included in the repair zone include: Asbury Road between University Avenue & Rosedale Street; St. Ambrose Street between Asbury Road & Clarke Drive; Rosedale Street between Asbury Road & North Grandview Avenue; North Grandview Avenue between Clarke Drive and Dexter Street. Milling and paving will occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and is expected to continue through the next two weeks or so. The streets will remain open to traffic, but motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
