Flood Warning Remains Mississippi River Posted 16 June 2008 The National Weather Service's Flood Warning remains in effect until Sunday afternoon, June 22, for the Mississippi River at Dubuque.   At 4:30 a.m. this morning, Monday, June 16, the river stage was 19.1 feet and falling. Moderate flooding is occurring. Flood stage is 17 feet.   The forecast is for the river stage to continue to fall below flood stage by Saturday morning, June 21.
